the staff was extremely helpful and friendly, and the location was perfect for exploring the city. the room was comfortable with a lovely view of the surrounding area. the bathroom was clean and equipped with the necessary amenities. We also enjoyed a delicious breakfast with plenty of options to choose from.
The cleanliness of the accommodations could have been better maintained.

During our city break, we enjoyed the convenience of a key central location and the fact that the hotel offered complimentary ginger tea. we were pleased with the reasonable price point for the room.
Our overall experience was marred by cleanliness issues in the room, including unpleasant findings such as used condoms behind the bed and fungus on the mattress. the facilities were not accurately represented online, as there was no swimming pool despite being advertised.

The only good things about this place were the tea and the friendly staff. The location was convenient too, as it was close to the city center. But apart from that, there wasn't much to like.
Where do I begin? My room was so dirty I could barely stand it.
